Soundtracks (Xbox)

Using the MS Dash it is possible to rip audio CDs to your Xbox's hard drive, allowing you to play them back later without the disc present in the console. Certain games also take advantage of music stored in this way - For example, the Grand Theft Auto games allow you to play it via a special "radio channel" while driving in vehicles.

Note that XBMC is capable of playing other audio formats (such as MP3/OGG/MID files), but these of course can't be used by retail games.

Playing Music

Need notes here on how to play audio via the MS Dash.

Storing Music

Need notes here on how to copy music to the HDD. There's at least one other program besides the MS Dash that can do this, not sure what it is.

Managing Music

Need notes here on how to delete sound tracks via save game managers, or manually via the UDATA/TDATA folders. Also how to rename the tunes. Perhaps throw info here concerning the structure of the music database file.
